Black forest pudding cake on the tray

Ingredients :

For the dough:
1 cup oil
1 cup sugar
5 egg(s)
3 pck. chocolate pudding powder, for cooking
1 pck. vanilla pudding powder, for cooking
1 pck. baking powder
For the topping:
2 gr. jars of sour cherries, pitted
2 pck. vanilla pudding powder, for cooking
3 cups of whipped cream
50 gr. chocolate chips

Preparation :

Mix oil, sugar, eggs, 3 pck. chocolate pudding powder, 1 pck. vanilla pudding powder and baking powder well – for at least 10 min. Then spread the mixture on a deep baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for approx. 15 min.
Boil the sour cherries with juice and 2 pck. vanilla pudding powder (mix this with some cherry juice first) together and spread on the still hot dough. Let cake cool for at least 1 hour.
Whip the whipped cream and pour it on the cake. Serve decorated with chocolate shavings.
