Ingredients:

  • 1 9-inch pie crust
  • 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1/4 cup of crushed peanuts for topping

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Bake the pie crust according to package instructions, then let it cool completely.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold in the vanilla extract, cream cheese, and milk into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.
  6. Carefully fold in half of the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
  7. Pour the peanut butter filling into the cooled pie crust and smooth the top.
  8. Spread the remaining whipped cream over the filling and sprinkle with crushed peanuts.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
