Cottage Cheese Chips

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • Parchment paper
  • Oil spray

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and spray lightly with oil
  2. Drain excess liquid from cottage cheese using a strainer or cheesecloth
  3. Spoon small mounds onto baking sheet and flatten into thin rounds
  4. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy
  5. Let cool to crisp further, then serve
    Microwave Method:
  6. Spray parchment with oil and spread drained cottage cheese in thin layer
  7. Microwave 2-3 minutes until crispy
  8. Cool, break into pieces, and enjoy!
