Cottage Cheese Chips
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- Parchment paper
- Oil spray
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and spray lightly with oil
- Drain excess liquid from cottage cheese using a strainer or cheesecloth
- Spoon small mounds onto baking sheet and flatten into thin rounds
- Bake 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy
- Let cool to crisp further, then serve
Microwave Method: - Spray parchment with oil and spread drained cottage cheese in thin layer
- Microwave 2-3 minutes until crispy
- Cool, break into pieces, and enjoy!
