The most delicious peach cake I’ve ever eaten!

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 4 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vegetable oil. Stir in the granulated sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt to the wet ingredients, and mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Arrange the sliced peaches on top of the batter in a single layer.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture over the peaches.
