Keto Philly Cheesesteak Roll Ups
Savory beef, creamy cheese, and fresh veggies create pure bliss!
Ingredients:
2 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese
16 ounces ground beef
1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 ounces cream cheese
4 low-carb tortillas
Directions:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and cream cheese, allowing the cream cheese to melt and create a creamy mixture.
- Place a low-carb tortilla on a flat surface and spoon some of the beef mixture onto it. Sprinkle with shredded Monterey jack cheese.
- Roll up the tortilla tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 10-12 minutes, until the tortillas are crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Slice the roll-ups into smaller pieces and serve hot. Enjoy!
