Crepe rolls: perfect for a quick and delicious dinner

Ingredients :

FOR THE DOUGH:
FLOUR 130g
SALT
EGGS 2
MILK 250ml
FOR FILLING:
BUTTER
FLOUR
MILK
SALT
PEPPER
HAM 80g
CHEESE 40g

Instructions :

In a large mixing bowl, add the flour, salt, eggs and milk, and whisk to combine.

Step 1
Use a ladle to pour the batter into a pancake pan.
