Yogurt Pie: The Super Easy Recipe for Authentic and Tasty Breakfast Dessert

Yogurt pound cake is a simple and moist cake that can be made in no time. It’s made with basic ingredients like sugar, eggs, flour and yogurt, making it a great choice for those days when you’re in the mood for a quick and easy cake. Ingredients :

flour type 00: 250 grams
whole natural yogurt: 250 grams
powdered sugar: 160 grams
peanut seed oil: 60ml
milk: 30ml
eggs: 3
baking powder: 1 bag of about 16 grams
lemon peel: as much as needed

Preparation :

Collect the eggs in a clean bowl with the sugar and whisk until light and fluffy. Then add the yogurt, one pot at a time, and mix well.
Also add the milk and oil to the mixture measured out in a measuring cup.
Continue to grate the outermost, richest part of a lemon oil.
In a soup plate mix the flour with the baking powder and salt. Then add the powders to the wet ingredients and work briefly with a whisk until the batter appears smooth and silky.
Pour the batter into a cake pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake the plumcake in a preheated static oven at 180 degrees C for about 50 minutes, monitoring the browning level with the toothpick test. Then take it out of the oven, let it cool and unmold it.
Let the yogurt plumcake cool on a wire rack and serve it in slices.
