Easy to Make and Quick Cake

Discover an easy to make and quick cake, for the weekend or a FATOUR with family!!!

Ingredients :

3 eggs
1 pot of vanilla yogurt
2 jars of sugar
3 jars of flour
1/2 can of oil
1 baking powder
Juice of half a lemon
Lemon zest

Preparation :

Using a whisk, we work the eggs, the yogurt and the sugar, we add the oil, the flour and the yeast, we mix well at the end, we add the lemon juice and the zest.
We pour the preparation into a buttered mold and bake our cake.
Decorate with jam and coconut.
