Yogurt cake recipe

Yogurt cake: soft and pudding to be made in a few simple steps!

INGREDIENTS :

4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
3 tbsp sugar
400g 10% Greek yoghurt
4 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp baking powder
40g chocolate chips

METHOD

In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with the sugar, baking powder and cornstarch, then add the yogurt.
In another bowl, beat the egg whites, incorporate them into the egg yolk mixture and add the chocolate chips.
Bake at 170°C for 1 hour
