Walnut cheesecake: a delicious

Ingredients :

Base de cookies :
200 grams of Maria biscuits
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
¼ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon of salt

Make us :
3 packets of cream cheese, 190 grams each
1 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
¼ cup sour cream
2 tablespoons of flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt

Toppings:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
½ cup brown sugar
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ cup sour cream
1 ¾ cup chopped walnuts
½ teaspoon of salt

Preparation :

Preheat the oven to 160°C.
Grease an easy-to-release cake pan with cooking spray and line the bottom of the pan with aluminum foil.
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, brown sugar, eggs,
sour cream, flour, vanilla extract and salt until well blended.
In another bowl, mix the melted butter with the biscuits, brown sugar and salt.
Transfer this mixture to the greased pan and press to form a compact and smooth base.
Pour the filling over the base.
Cover the pan with aluminum foil, place it on a deep baking sheet and add boiling water until half of the pan is covered.
Bake at 160°C for an hour and a half, until the center of the cheesecake moves slightly.
Turn off the oven, open the door slightly and leave the cheesecake inside for an hour covered with aluminum foil.
Refrigerate cheesecake in pan for at least five hours before unmolding.
Prepare the nut filling by placing the butter and sugar in a saucepan.
When both have melted, add the nuts, salt, cinnamon and sour cream.
Cook for three minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and let cool completely to room temperature.
Gently unmold the cheesecake, place it on a pie shell and decorate the surface with the nut mixture.
