Salted Vegetable and Cheese Tart: The Result will be Bluffing!

Savoury Vegetable Cheese Pie is a tasty and healthy dish that can be served as a main course or as a side dish. Fresh vegetables such as zucchini, tomatoes and peppers are cooked to perfection with melting cheese to create a perfect blend of flavours and textures.

Ingredients :

2 potatoes
2 tomatoes
3 green peppers
2 green onions
4 eggs
1 teaspoon of salt
100 g/2/3 cup feta cheese
100 ml oil
150 ml milk
400 g/2.5 cups of flour
20 g baking powder
Grated cheese

Preparation :

Chop potatoes, tomatoes, green chilies and green onions.
Beat 4 eggs, salt and add all the chopped vegetables.
Add cheese, milk, butter, flour and baking powder.
Mix well. Pour the mixture into a pan and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 35 minutes.
