Ultra-soft and melt-in-the-mouth hot milk cake
Discover this magnificent ultra-soft and melt-in-the-mouth hot milk cake.
Ingredients :
4 eggs
200g flour
200g sugar
160ml milk
80g butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tsp baking powder (yeast)
Preparation :
Work the eggs and sugar together to form a frothy cream.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, heat the milk with the butter (lukewarm).
Add to the eggs and the sugar… The flour, the vanilla and the baking soda you have sifted to eliminate the lumps present, the baking powder (yeast) then pour little by little, the compound that you have warmed up on the fire .. (milk and butter).
Work the mixture for a few minutes in order to have a perfectly creamy result.
Pour everything into a 24 cm diameter mold and put in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
