Ultra Fluffy Condensed Milk Pull-Apart Bread
Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 ½ cups bread flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon instant yeast
½ teaspoon salt
1 large egg
½ cup warm milk
¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
Extra melted butter and condensed milk for brushing
Directions:
Mix the Dough:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add the egg, warm milk, and condensed milk. Mix until a sticky dough forms, then knead in the softened butter until fully absorbed.
Knead and First Rise:
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for 10–12 minutes until smooth and stretchy. Place it in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Shape the Bread:
Punch down the dough and divide it into 5–6 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a ball, then roll them into logs. Arrange them side by side in a greased loaf pan.
Second Rise:
Cover the loaf pan with a towel and let the dough rise again for 45 minutes until puffy and nearly doubled.
Bake:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the bread for 25–30 minutes until golden and the top springs back when lightly pressed.
Finish:
Brush the hot bread with melted butter and a light drizzle of condensed milk while still warm for extra softness and sweetness.
