These creamy squares are a combination of a pudding and biscuit. A delicious tea-time treat or dessert

Ingredients :

3 eggs
150 gr sugar
70 gr corn starch
10 gr vanillin
700 ml milk
150 gr cream cheese
18 cookies digestive, like Marie or any other kind you like

Directions :

Cream: mix eggs and sugar in a saucepan. Then add starch, vanillin and hot milk. Bring to the heat and let the cream thicken. Then let the cream cool and add the cheese.
Assemble the cake in a mold and place in the freezer for 4-5 hours.
Then divide into squares and serve.
