No more sugar! Take oatmeal, cocoa and bananas and make this dessert!

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup of oatmeal
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the oatmeal and cocoa powder to the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.
  4. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, portion out the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping them into cookie-like rounds.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are slightly crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool before serving.
    Tips:
  • You can add chopped nuts, raisins, or chocolate chips to the cookie mixture for extra flavor and texture.
  • Make sure your bananas are ripe as they will add natural sweetness to the dessert.
