Ingredients:
84g Manitoba flour
67g of “00” flour
27g of butter
25g of sugar
6g of brewer’s yeast
70g of milk
27g whole egg
1g of salt
FILLING:
250g hazelnut cream
Directions:
First dissolve the yeast in the milk.
In a bowl, mix flours, sugar, milk, egg and salt.
Form a homogeneous dough by adding the butter.
Place the dough in a bowl and let it rise for a few hours.
Divide the dough into blocks of 35 g each.
Let it rise for 1 hour.
Brush with milk and bake at 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
