Stupid Pie – So Easy, It’s Almost Silly!
Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of diced vegetables (such as bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes)
- 1 cup of cooked ground beef
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the pre-made pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced vegetables, and cooked ground beef.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
