Stuffed fry bread: how to make this amazing recipe
Ingredients :
Filling:
8 eggs
Green onions
50 gr of butter
Oil
salt
black pepper
Dough:
500 gr of kefir
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 egg
salt
700 gr of flour
frying oil
Directions :
1.Filling: boil the eggs. Cut the onions and brown them in a pan with the butter. Grate the eggs and add the chives, salt and pepper.
Dough: Mix the kefir with the baking soda, egg, salt and flour. Form a homogeneous mixture.
Cut the dough and stuff the scones, fry them in hot oil.
