Strawberry tarts : the recipe for simple and delicious sweets

Strawberry tarts are delicious and beautiful to look at: a flourless recipe, to be prepared instead of the classic strawberry muffins. To make them we prepared the basic mixture with cream cheese, yogurt, corn starch, eggs, sugar and vanilla extract. We will then pour the mixture into the baking cups, before adding the chopped strawberries mixed with the sugar. The cakes will then be cooked in the oven for 20 minutes: once ready, enjoy them dusted with icing sugar for a snack or serve them as an exquisite dessert at the end of the meal. How to prepare strawberry shortcakes

Step 1
Cut the strawberries into pieces, put them in a bowl and mix them with a little sugar to sweeten them 1.

Step 2
In another bowl, combine the strawberry yogurt, cream cheese, vanilla extract, corn starch, 80 g of sugar, eggs and mix with an electric mixer. Get a creamy mixture without lumps.

Step 3
Pour the mixture into the baking cups and add the chopped strawberries 3.

Cook the cakes in a static oven at 190°C for 20 minutes. When they are ready, serve them sprinkling with icing sugar.
