Strawberry squares: the delicious no-bake recipe
Ingredients :
1 kg of strawberries
30g of powdered gelatine
150g powdered sugar
Directions :
Line a baking sheet with cling film and arrange some strawberries.
Blend the remaining strawberries and add the gelatin and confectioners’ sugar.
Bring to the heat and let it thicken.
Pour the mixture into the mold and let it cool overnight in the refrigerator
