Strawberry mousse recipe

Strawberry mousse: 3 ingredients for a fresh and creamy dessert!

INGREDIENTS :

250g strawberries
70g (3/4 cup) sugar
250g (1 cup) whipped cream

METHOD :

Cut the strawberries into small pieces and transfer them to the bowl. Add the sugar and blend with an immersion blender until the strawberries turn into juice.
In another bowl, add the whipped cream and mix with a mixer until stiff.
Transfer the whipped cream to the bowl with the strawberry mixture and mix with the spatula until well blended.
Transfer the mousse to the glasses and enjoy.
