Hidden Strawberry Mousse

Ingredients :

1 can clean strawberries (300g)
1 can cream of milk
1 can condensed milk
1 can strawberry flavored gelatin powder
1 CUP (tea) boiling water

Method of preparation :

In refractory medium, place the strawberries and set aside. In a blender, beat the rest of the ingredients and carefully pour over the strawberries. REFRIGERATE 4 hours and serve.

Strawberry special

Ingredients :

2 cans of strawberries
2 sachets of strawberry flavored gelatin powder
1 CUP (tea) of boiling water
1 can of condensed milk

Method of preparation:

Wash the strawberries well and let them dry. On a platter, stand the strawberries upright. MAKE 1 packet of gelatin according to package directions and gently pour over strawberries. REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until set. In a blender, whip the rest of the gelatin with the boiling water and add the condensed milk. Pour over the strawberry jelly and refrigerate for another 2 hours. Serve the ice cream.

Zapt Strawberry Mousse

Ingredients :

1 packet of unflavored powdered gelatin
1/2 cup (tea) of water
1 packet of strawberry flavored soda powder (30 g)
1 can of condensed milk
200 g of milk cream Strawberries
to taste to decorate

Method of preparation :

Sprinkle the gelatin in the water and dissolve in a bain-marie. Beat in a mixer with the rest of the ingredients until creamy. Divide into individual glasses and chill for 2 hours before garnishing with strawberries and serving.

Strawberry Mousse Cream

Ingredients :

1 can strawberry flavored gelatin powder
1/2 cup (tea) hot milk
1 can condensed milk
1 can cream milk

1 CUP (tea) cream cheese
1 CUP (tea) ready whipped cream
3 CUPS (tea) chopped strawberries
1 CUP (tea) sugar
Strawberries for garnish

Directions :

In a bowl, mix the gelatin in the milk and let cool. In a mixer, beat gelatin, condensed milk, heavy cream and cream cheese until creamy. Add the cream and half the strawberries and pour into a refractory medium. REFRIGERATE 3 hours before signing. In a saucepan, bring the rest of the strawberries with the sugar over medium heat until it dissolves, forming a thick jam. Wait for it to cool, pour over the strawberry cream, decorate with whole strawberries and refrigerate until ready to serve
