Ingredients :
1 cup of strawberries to decorate
Mousse
1 can strawberry-flavoured jelly powder
250 ml boiling water
1 can of condensed milk
2 Danoninho ® dairy products
200 g sour cream
Jellotine :
2 cans of strawberry flavored jelly powder
250 ml of hot water
2 cups of tea
Directions :
For the foam, in the blender pitcher, pour the jelly and water and bathrobe quickly. Add the condensed milk, danoninhos ® and cream and stir for 3 minutes. In a medium refractory, place half the foam and refrigerate for 30 minutes. For the jelly, dissolve the jelly in hot water, pour over ice and let it melt. Place the jelly on top of the already hardened mousse and refrigerate for 1 more hour. Place the remaining mousse on top of the hardened jelly and refrigerate for 3 hours. Decorate with strawberries and serve.
