Ingredients :
- 500 g of Gariguette strawberries
- 33 cl of full cream 30% / 35%
- 1 vanilla pod (optional)
- 40g of icing sugar
Recipe :
- Rinse the strawberries under running water, dry them and hull them.
- Cut them into pieces and set aside.
- Whip the whole cream until it is 80% firm, add the vanilla and then the icing sugar.
- Fill a piping bag with whipped cream.
- In each verrine, add a few strawberries and cover with whipped cream.
- Decorate with a strawberry and a fresh mint leaf.
- Place in the fridge until tasting.
