Sporcamuss: a traditional Apulian dessert that takes only a few minutes to prepare!
They are delicious and super quick to make, perfect for any occasion!
INGREDIENTS :
puff pastry
for the cream filling :
150 ml whipped cream
100g of pastry cream
DIRECTIONS :
- Cut the puff pastry into equal sized squares.
- Brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar, then bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
- Prepare the whipped cream and mix in the custard.
- Let the puff pastry squares cool, then add the cream filling.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
