Ingredients :
250g (2 cups) flour
190 ml (¾ cup) water
10g (1 tbsp) fresh yeast
6g of salt
Preparation :
Whisk the yeast with lukewarm water. Add the flour and salt mixture. Mix well.
Let rise for 2 hours.
Pour the mixture and fry in hot oil. Serve.
