SPECULOOS FLAN RECIPE

SPECULOOS FLAN

INGREDIENTS :

850 g of milk
65 g of cornstarch
130 g of sugar
1 tsp liquid vanilla
1 package of Speculoos biscuits
½ jar of Speculoos spread

PREPARATION OF THE RECIPE :

Pour the milk into a saucepan then add the cornstarch, sugar and liquid vanilla.

Cook everything for at least 15 minutes.

Place the biscuits soaked in milk in the bottom of a 20 cm dish then pour a layer of cream then repeat the operation.

Melt the Speculoos paste for a few seconds in the microwave. Be careful not to overheat it as you risk burning it.

Pour the dough onto the flan and decorate with crushed biscuits and refrigerate overnight. Then enjoy.
