Ingredients :
3 eggs
130 g of sugar
2 gr of salt
130ml of sunflower oil
150 ml of milk
1 orange or lemon zest
300 gr of flour
10 g of baking powder
2 apples
Preparation:
Mix the eggs with the sugar, then add the salt, oil and milk.
Add the orange zest, flour and yeast.
Form a homogeneous dough and pour it into the mold.
Add the cut and sliced apples and cook at 180 degrees for 35/40 minutes.
