  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup of unsalted melted butter
  • 4 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 quarts of vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and active dry yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add sugar, eggs, melted butter, flour, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
