1 egg
50 ml oil
100 g powdered sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
50 g corn starch
1/2 teaspoon baking powder (2 g)
1 pinch of salt
400 g flour
Instructions
First mix the butter and egg in a bowl.
Then add the oil, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.
Then stir in the corn starch, baking powder, salt and flour.
Then form into a smooth and even dough and then cut into portions of 18-20 g each.
Also try: I bake vanilla quark bread in a few minutes twice a week
Next, use the handle of a wooden spoon to make a hollow in each ball.
Pipe redcurrant jelly or filling of your choice into the hollow.
Bake the cookies for 12 minutes at 180°.
Finally, decorate as desired.
Once they’re soft and crumbly, you can’t stop!
