Savory pie with potatoes and ham: the recipe for an easy and tasty dish
Ingredients:
1 roll of round puff pastry
1 leek
500/600 g of potatoes
200 g of fresh cream
200 g of Prague ham
200 g of cheese of your choice
1 egg
2 knobs of butter
Salt, pepper and oregano to taste
Preparation:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.
Blanch in salted water for 3 minutes.
Cut the leek into rounds and fry it in a pan with butter.
Cook over low heat for 4-5 minutes and leave to cool.
In a bowl combine cream, salt, pepper, egg, cheese and diced ham.
Also combine the potatoes.
Line a cake pan with puff pastry and prick the bottom with a fork.
Pour the filling and sprinkle the surface with oregano.
Close the edges tightly.
Bake in the oven at 190° for 50 minutes.
