Salmon and Avocado Tartar

Salmon and avocado tartar is a fresh and colourful dish made with finely chopped salmon cubes and avocado flesh. It is garnished with lemon, red onion and parsley for a delicate and delicious taste.

Ingredients :

300 g fresh salmon
1 โ€“ 200 g ripe avocado
1 red bell pepper
100 g mango flesh
juice of 2 limes
1 tablespoon of olive oil
chives
tabasco to taste
salt and pepper

Preparation :

Take the fresh salmon, remove the skin and cut it into cubes, put it in a bowl and season with salt.
Wash and dice the bell pepper and dice the mango flesh.
Add to the salmon and mix.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour.
Peel the avocado and remove the central part and cut the flesh into cubes then sprinkle with lime juice, olive oil and tabasco, salt and pepper.
Take a small steel circle and put first the avocado and then the salmon, decorate with grated chives.
