Puffed pancakes: how to make them extra tasty and fluffy
Ingredients :
2 eggs
25 gr of flour
20 ml of milk
20 g of sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Preparation :
Separate the yolks from the whites. Mix the egg yolks with the milk, sugar and lemon. Whisk the egg whites with the sugar. Add the two compounds and cook the pancakes in a non-stick pan
