Puff pastry rolls with zucchini and cheese: the result is just irresistible!
INGREDIENTS :
1 puff pastry
cheese
1 zucchini
METHOD :
Preheat the oven to 190°C. Unroll the dough and arrange the cheese, then the grated zucchini.
Roll the dough as tight as possible. Cool in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
Take a sharp knife and cut the roll into slices, laying them flat on 2 non-stick baking sheets as you go. Bake for 20 minutes until puffed and golden.
