Puff pastry bars

INGREDIENTS :

puff pastry
for the cream filling :
100g strawberry jam
100g of pastry cream

DIRECTIONS :

Cut the puff pastry into 6 equal sized rectangles and 1 large rectangle.
Sprinkle with sugar, then bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Let the puff pastry squares cool, then add the cream filling.
Add the jam and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
