Potato tortilla: ready in less than 30 minutes!
Tortilla de patatas or Spanish tortilla is a classic Spanish dish made with potatoes, onions and eggs. In Spain, it is often simply called “tortilla”. It is an essential dish in Spanish cuisine.
Ingredients :
1 onion
3 potatoes
Vegetable oil
5 eggs
Salt
Preparation :
Cut the onion and the potatoes into rings. Heat the pan with plenty of oil and fry the onion and potatoes until they fall apart. Drain the potatoes and onion and set aside.
In a bowl, add the eggs, season with salt and whisk. Add the onion and potato mixture and mix well.
Transfer the mixture to the pan and cook for five minutes. Turn the tortilla over and cook on the other side.
