1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Beat the egg whites and mix them with the spices mentioned above (and others that you particularly like). You can also add rosemary or special fries spices that you can find in any supermarket.
Then put the potatoes cut into sticks in a salad bowl and pour in the seasoned egg whites. Mix everything well with your hands.
Take the baking sheet out of the oven and line it with parchment or parchment paper.
