Pan-fried apple cake: the simple trick to make it moist and delicious

Ingredients:

4 medium eggs
180 grams of sugar
70 g of sunflower oil
130 grams of milk
300 grams of flour 00
8 g of vanilla yeast
3 g vanilla powder
Cinnamon to taste
A knob of butter (for greasing)
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 apples

Directions:

Beat the eggs with the sugar, then add the oil and milk.
Add sifted flour, baking powder and vanilla (add cinnamon if desired).
Mix well and add a diced apple.
Then pass the knob of butter in the pan and add the sugar and the apple slices.
Bring the pan to heat and pour the batter.
Bake the cake for 20 minutes with the lid on.
Then turn it over and cook for another 5/6 minutes.
