No-Bake Chocolate Balls: Easy and Irresistible!

No-bake chocolate balls recipe is a quick and easy option for chocolate lovers. This recipe requires no baking and is prepared by mixing peanut butter, confectioners’ sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and crumbled cookies. The balls are then rolled in toppings such as chopped nuts, powdered sugar or chocolate chips for a delicious, chocolatey result.

Ingredients :

190 mL (3/4 cup) milk
50g (1/4 cup) Sugar
100g (1/2 cup) butter
150g of white chocolate
250g (8 oz) ground cookies
90g (1/2 cup) chocolate chips
150g of melted chocolate
For the decoration
Melted chocolate
Sugars

Preparation :

In a saucepan add the milk, sugar and butter and stir until the butter is melted. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Add the white chocolate and mix well.
In a bowl with the floor, add the cookies to the previously prepared mixture and mix with a spatula until everything is well combined. Cover with aluminum foil and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Once the time is up, take it out of the refrigerator, add the chocolate chips to the mixture and mix well. Form balls from the mixture and transfer them to the freezer for 40 minutes.
Using the toothpick, take each ball and cover it with chocolate. When chocolate is firm, decorate with melted chocolate and sugars.
