No-Bake Brownies

No-Bake Brownies: Simple, Quick and Delicious!

INGREDIENTS:

Almonds and hazelnuts
60 g (1/2 cup) cocoa powder
1/4 tsp. salt
120 g (1 1/4 cup) almond flour
110 ml (1/2 cup) maple syrup
160 g (1 cup) chocolate chips
35 ml (2 1/2 tablespoons) coconut oil

METHOD:

Add the almonds and hazelnuts, cocoa powder, salt, almond flour and maple syrup to the food processor and mix.
Transfer the mixture to the cake mold covered with parchment paper (18cm – size of the mold) and level well. Transfer to the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil. After 1 hour, remove the cake from the refrigerator and pour in the prepared chocolate.
Transfer to the refrigerator for 10 minutes. When the time is up, cut the brownies into squares and serve.
