Wonderful no-bake banana cake
Ingredients :
For the pie crust:
600g shortbread
250ml fantastic
For the filling:
2 packets of vanilla pudding
2 tablespoons of sugar
700ml milk
250g butter
200g caster sugar
5 bananas
Other than that:
2 packets of whipped cream
grated chocolate to decorate
preparation :
Crumble the butter biscuits, mix with the orangeade (Fanta) and press into the cake tin covered with baking paper. Leave to cool and meanwhile prepare the cream.
Boil the milk with 2 tablespoons of sugar and vanilla pudding powder to form a thick pudding. Then remove from heat and let cool.
Cream the butter and icing sugar together and gradually incorporate the cold pudding.
Spread a little vanilla cream on the bottom of the pie then cover with bananas. Now spread the rest of the cream on top and put the cake in the fridge.
Whip the cream until stiff and spread it over the chilled vanilla cream. Decorate the top with grated chocolate. Cut the cake into pieces and serve.
