Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and prepare a round baking dish with a diameter of 26 cm. Line the bottom with paper.
Beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy and gradually incorporate the flour mixed with the baking powder using a wooden spoon. Spread the dough in the mold and bake for about 15 minutes.
Whip the cream until stiff. Mix hot milk with sugar in a saucepan, add swollen gelatin, whipped cream, ground nuts and mixed cookies until a fine powder is obtained.
Spoon the hot mixture over the cooled dough and let cool.
Layer the whipped cream (300 ml) on the cooled nut mass and decorate the top with grated chocolate.
