Mushroom meatballs

Mushroom meatballs: the easy recipe for a delicious dish


300 g of pleurotus mushrooms
300 g of champignon mushrooms
120 g of frozen mushrooms
5 boiled potatoes
1 boiled carrot
1 egg
Sweet paprika
4 cloves of garlic
Salt and Pepper To Taste.
Fresh parsley
180 g of flour


Dice the mushrooms.
Cook them in boiling water for 30 minutes.
Finely chop them together with the carrot and potatoes.
Add an egg, paprika, salt, pepper, chopped parsley, minced garlic and flour.
Knead with your hands to mix all the ingredients.
Shape into patties with lightly oiled hands.
Fry them in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
