Pan-Fried Soft Buns are a recipe for soft, fluffy buns, pan-fried for a slightly crispy texture on the outside. This recipe is easy to prepare and requires few ingredients, making it a great choice for a quick breakfast or a tasty side dish for dinner.

Ingredients :

235 mL (1 cup) milk
245 ml (1 cup) water
1 teaspoon of sugar
10g dry yeast
1.5 teaspoons of salt
4 tablespoons of olive oil
620 g (5 cups) flour (all purpose)
1 clove of garlic
50 g (1/4 cup) butter
parsley

Preparation :

Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 16 pieces. Form into balls. Let rise for 30 minutes.
Roll out the cakes and fry them in a preheated pan. Mix oil with garlic and parsley. Grease each bread with this mixture.
