Recipe Mini Sandwich Stuffed with Escalope and Cheese
Sometimes the simplest recipes are the best: mini sandwiches stuffed with schnitzel and cheese, a must try.
Ingredients :
For the dough
500 gr of flour
1 packet of baker’s yeast
Salt
Warm water
For the filling
Chopped onion
500 gr of escalope
2 green peppers cut in small squares
Green olives
Chopped parsley
100 gr of grated cheese
1 small glass of oil + butter
Salt
Spices
Black pepper
Preparation :
Prepare the dough and knead it well, cover and let it rise for 30 min. Deaerate it and form balls (depending on the number of rolls) and let it rest.
Prepare the filling: In a frying pan, pour a drizzle of olive oil. Add the onion. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
Add the escalope and simmer over low heat. Add the other ingredients of the stuffing.
Add cheese.
Spread each dumpling thinly and brush the top with butter and oil.
Spread some of the stuffing on the dough. Gently roll up and close the ends.
Brush the top with butter + oil and put in the oven for 30 min at 180 °.
