Milk Cupcakes
Ingredients:
- 50g of cake flour
- 30g of condensed milk
- 35g of sugar
- 1/4 tsp of baking powder
- 1/8 tsp of salt
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a cupcake tin with liners.
- In a bowl, sift together the cake flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix the condensed milk, sugar, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cupcakes to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Tips:
- Be careful not to overmix the batter, as this can result in dense cupcakes.
- Feel free to top the cupcakes with your favorite frosting or enjoy them plain.
