Meat skewers stuffed with cheese: for an original and tasty second course!
INGREDIENTS
400g ground meat
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon salt
Pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 egg
100g cheese
METHOD
In a bowl with the meat, add the onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, egg and mix well.
Cut a piece of cheese into several rectangles and insert an oven-safe stick.
Using your hands, slowly add the minced meat and form skewers.
Bake at 180°C/356°F for 20 minutes.
