Lightweight Butterfree Pancakes

Light, fluffy and tasty pancakes! A recipe for pancakes very easy to make, and perfect to enjoy at snack time with light spread.

Ingredients :

150 g of flour
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
2 eggs
1 pinch of sweetener
300 ml warm skimmed milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of oil + paper towel

Preparation :

Put the flour in a bowl and make a well in the center.
Add the vanilla sugar and the warm milk and mix.
Add the eggs one by one, mixing with a whisk, until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous paste.
Cover the bowl with cling film and let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
Heat a non-stick pancake pan and lightly grease it with an absorbent paper dipped in oil.
Then cook your pancakes for 1 to 2 minutes per side.
