Light Water Pancakes

A quick and easy recipe to prepare that only requires a few basic ingredients such as flour, water and salt. The mixture is then cooked over medium heat to obtain soft and thin pancakes, ideal for being stuffed with sweet or savory fillings.

Ingredients :

250g of flour
2 tablespoon of stevia
1 teaspoon vanilla
420ml water
3 eggs
1 teaspoon of oil to grease the pan

Preparation :

Pour the flour into a bowl, add the two types of stevia and mix.
Form a well and add the eggs one by one into the well.
Pour the water gradually and stir to avoid lumps.
Heat a frying pan then grease it with an oil-soaked paper towel.
Pour a ladle of pancake batter into the pan and cook for 2 minutes on one side and 1 minute on the other.
Place on a plate and continue cooking until there is no more pancake batter.
