Lemon cake

Lemon cake, ready in 5 minutes: here is a tip to try absolutely!

INGREDIENTS :

2 organic lemons
50ml milk
230g of sugar
3 eggs
280g flour
1 packet of baking powder
50ml vegetable oil
20ml limoncello

DIRECTIONS :

Wash and slice the lemons then blend them. Add the limoncello, sugar and milk and continue mixing.
Add eggs and flour. Finally add the baking powder.
Blend for 5 minutes or until smooth and frothy.
Pour the batter into a buttered cake tin and bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
